Managing an organization’s human capital in a systematic way is vital to creating a sustainable enterprise. I have worked as a practitioner for more than 20 years to start up and turn around learning and talent functions so that they are aligned with strategies and goals which subsequently lead to business results. I accomplish this by undertaking these four steps:

  4. Evaluating results
